Vista Brokerage Services Announces
West Houston Memory Care LLC Purchase 2.6 Acres
for Autumn Leaves of West Houston

 Houston (AUGUST 2, 2012) –  West Houston Memory Care LLC, a subsidiary of The LaSalle Group, has purchased 2.6 acres at 1725 Eldridge Parkway in Houston from Briarforest Project Ltd. for a new memory care community.

Operating as Autumn Leaves of West Houston, West Houston Memory Care plans to build a cutting-edge 26,000-square-foot, $11.2 million assisted living community providing Alzheimer’s and memory care. The community is expected to open during the first quarter of 2013. This is the ninth project for LaSalle in the greater Houston area.
