Vista Equities Group Acquires 333 N. Rivershire Drive in Conroe, Texas
Houston (JANUARY 11, 2011) – An investment partnership sponsored by Houston-based Vista Equities Group has acquired 333 N. Rivershire Drive, a 39,000-square-foot professional office building in Conroe, Texas.
At the time of acquisition, the property was approximately 50 percent leased. Under the new ownership, Vista Equities Group plans an extensive renovation of the building.
Robert Graham of The Marion Franke Team in Conroe will serve as commercial leasing agent. Vista Management Company will provide property management services.
Woody Mann Jr., Vista Equities Group President, negotiated the property acquisition. James Coleman of First National Bank handled financing and closing was managed by Lesley Mann of Ameripoint Title Company.
