February 02, 2017 | Houston, TX – The Plazas at Barker Cypress, a real estate investment partnership formed by Vista Equities Group, has recently completed the addition of a 5,285 square-foot building located at 8196 Barker Cypress Road, Cypress, TX 77433, bringing the shopping center to a total of 30,485 rentable square feet.

Jessica Inman, representing the Landlord in both transactions, has recently secured a five year, 7,350 square-foot lease renewal with Cy-Fair Medical Partners, a tenant since 2006, and has penned a new, 10-year, 2,064 square-foot lease with Fang’s Bistro, a cafe-style restaurant offering classic Chinese and Japanese dishes.
