New tenant announced for Shoppes at the Ball Park
Colorado Springs, CO – (March 15, 2016) – Sola Salon Studios has signed a 5,200 sq. ft. lease at Shoppes at the Ball Park, an upscale neighborhood retail center located at the intersection of Barnes Road and Tutt Boulevard and adjacent to Security Service Field / Sky Sox Stadium.
Sola Salon Studios, which offers salon professionals high-end, fully-equipped salon studios that allows them to open their own business without the upfront expenses and risks associated with opening a traditional salon, has over 250 locations nationwide. Their newest Studio, which will open in the Fall of 2016, at Shoppes at the Ball Park, will mark their second Colorado Springs location.
The Sola Salon Studio lease was negotiated by Mark Useman with Colorado Springs Commercial who is leasing the property on behalf of the landlord. Sola Salon Studios was represented by Jay Landt with Collier’s International.
