Grand Opening Celebrations Scheduled for Saturday, February 7, 2015

Houston, TX – (January 21, 2015) – Pet lovers near LaCenterra in Katy, Texas will soon have a healthy pet products store to call their own. Houston’s hometown, family-owned pet supply store Natural Pawz announced the grand opening of its 18^th location at LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch in Katy, Texas. The grand opening will be held on Saturday, February 7 with free consultations, free food samples and discounts on pet grooming. In December 2014, Natural Pawz was named “Retailer of the Year” by Pet Product News for the second time in just five years.

Known as “the health food store for pets”, Natural Pawz prides itself on helping pet owners find natural dog and cat food, treats, general pet supplies, cleaning products, holistic herbs and health supplements. In addition to healthy pet products, Natural Pawz at LaCenterra will also offer pet grooming on Thursdays and Saturdays.

“We’re really excited about opening our store in LaCenterra and expanding our efforts in the Katy community,” said Biff Picone, the co-owner of Natural Pawz with his wife Nadine Joli-Coeur. “We’re looking forward to getting to know our neighbors—the pets and their owners.” Natural Pawz also has a Katy location at Spring Green.

The February 7 Grand Opening at LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch will include great offers for pets and their owners or owners-to-be such as:

• $5 off the first grooming or bath appointment,
• Free nail trims,
• Adoption opportunities of cute pets from the Houston Cocker Spaniel Rescue Group and other rescue groups from 11 am-2 pm,
• High-quality food samples so pets can taste test a new brand or flavor before their owners buy the product.

Natural Pawz LaCenterra is located at 2717 Commercial Center Boulevard and will be open Monday-Friday 10 am-8 pm, Saturday 10 am-7 pm and Sunday 10 am-6 pm.
