McDonald's USA has signed a 56,000 sq. ft. ground lease with Vista Spring Green, Ltd., a Vista-sponsored real estate partnership, for the construction of a 4,800 sq. ft. restaurant at Vista's newest retail development located at the intersection of Cinco Ranch Boulevard and Spring Green Boulevard in Cinco Ranch Southwest, a Newland master-planned community.
