As a co-founder of The Vista Companies in 1985, he has been responsible for directing the growth of Vista from a small property management firm to one that is responsible for the development and acquisition of a retail and commercial property portfolio of over 1,200,000 sq. ft. with an estimated combined market value of over $140,000,000. In addition to its retail and office portfolio, Vista is also involved with the development of two mixed-use projects, combining retail, office and residential units.
Woody is a past member of the Board of Directors of St. Luke’s Episcopal Hospital and past Chairman for the Department of Finance for the Episcopal Diocese of Texas. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of the Katy Economic Development Council and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Katy Area Chamber of Commerce. He is a licensed Texas real estate broker and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is an alumnus of the University of Arkansas where he majored in insurance and real estate. He is married and has two children.

As a co-founder of Vista in 1985, Cathie brings a wealth of property management and leasing experience to the Vista team. As the president of Vista Management Company for twenty seven years, she and her property management, leasing, and maintenance staff oversee a portfolio of 1,200,000 square feet of shopping centers and office buildings, and mixed-use developments with a current market value in excess of $130,000,000.
Her administrative responsibilities include supervision of all personnel for Vista’s property management, accounting, and maintenance operations, supervision of all construction management and/or remodeling for the Company’s existing management portfolio. Cathie also directs the purchase of the insurance coverage for the portfolio and the annual assessment and potential protest of property taxes. In addition, she is responsible for final lease administration issues regarding language, definitions, and legal issues in all tenant leases.
A resident of Houston since 1970, she is married and has three adult children and five grandchildren. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, a past Board member of The Source for Women, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Interface-Samaritan Counseling Centers.

Brent Mann | Executive Vice President | Vista Equities Group
Brent is a founding Partner of the Vista Group of entities and serves as President of Vista RED. Prior to co-founding Vista during 2006, Brent served in a variety of executive/management capacities over the course of a 19-year career with Weingarten Realty Investors (NYSE: WRI), a Houston-based real estate investment trust with an equity market capitalization exceeding $2.5 billion. Most recently, from 2004 to 2006, Brent served as Senior Vice President of New Business Development for Weingarten, where he held responsibility for leading new project development and merchant-build opportunities, as well as creating and managing joint venture development programs and other long term joint venture partnerships.
From 2000 to 2004, Brent was a Regional Director of Leasing for the Western U.S. region, where he held primary management responsibility for leasing and asset management covering a portfolio of 66 shopping centers representing 8.7 million square feet in the aggregate. In this role, he also began to actively generate new real estate development projects along with other growth opportunities for Weingarten.
From 1998 to 2000, Brent served as Director of Operations, where he managed all aspects of Weingarten’s property management department covering a portfolio of 300 plus properties, which represented an aggregate of 36 million square feet at that time. Prior to 1998, Brent worked in a variety of Weingarten leasing management positions over a 10-year period, including 5 years in which he was named a top leasing producer.
Brent holds a B.S. degree from Texas A&M University. He is married and has two children.

Dennis Johnston | President | Vista Brokerage Services
With over thirty four years of commercial real estate experience, Dennis served as a partner and President of McDade, Smith, Gould, Johnston and Mason, a Houston-based boutique commercial real estate firm, prior to joining Vista in 2010. Involved in the sale of land to developers, end-users, and investors, as well as leasing and investment sales, Dennis has negotiated over 300 transactions totaling approximately $600 million during the course of his career and he is recognized by his peers as a leader in the real estate industry.
He currently serves as President of Vista Brokerage Services and Sr. Vice President of Vista Equities Group. He is a graduate of the University of Texas with a Masters degree in Business Administration.

Dana Garnett | Sr. Vice President Development | Vista Equities Group
Dana Garnett has 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. She currently serves as senior vice president of development for Houston-based Vista Equities Group, and is responsible for all facets of project planning and development, including local and state compliance.
Dana has been instrumental in the development of Vista’s $150 million mixed-use property, LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch located in Katy, Texas. Phase I of the 34-acre Main Street-style development opened March 2007, Phase II opened Spring 2013 and Phase III is scheduled to begin construction in 2014. In addition to LaCenterra, Dana oversees the planning and development of numerous construction projects throughout southeast Texas. With a focus on the west Houston and Katy areas, she has recently added The Reserve at Grand Parkway and The Plazas at Spring Green to her growing list of properties
Dana serves as the Vista Equities’ community liaison working hand in hand with third-party developers and Home Owners Associations to ensure positive partnerships develop in tandem with Vista Equities’ projects
A resident of southeast Texas, she attended Lamar University before relocating to Houston in 1991. She has been a resident of Katy, Texas since 2000 where she lives with her husband.

Donna Keith | Vice President of Leasing | Vista Equities Group
Donna Keith came to Vista Equities in 2003 as Vice President of Leasing and is responsible for leasing Vista’s newly constructed retail developments and in particular, LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch. Donna has successfully negotiated leases with many national and regional tenants and is currently focusing on the third phase of LaCenterra.
Donna’s real estate career began in 1990 at Uniteg Investment Company, a family-owned business that owned over 1M square feet of Class A retail shopping centers in Houston. Donna was employed by Uniteg for seven years when the company was purchased by United Investors Realty Trust, (“UIRT”). Ms. Keith continued her retail leasing career with UIRT for two years before taking a position with Trammell Crow in their project leasing department where she was a senior leasing associate for two years.
Donna is a native Texan who lives in Houston with her husband Randy and their four children. Donna is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR). In her spare time, Donna is an active runner in the yearly Houston Aramco Half Marathons and sings in the St. John Vianney Sanctuary Choir.

Courtney Lavender | Vice President | Sr. Vista Management Company
Courtney Lavender has over ten years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. She currently serves as Vice President of Vista Management Company and is responsible for all facets of property management and leasing of retail shopping centers within the Vista Management portfolio. She is actively involved in all aspects of third-party management services as well as tenant representation.
Courtney has been instrumental in the development of Vista’s management portfolio and making sure all operations at the centers are running smoothly and efficiently including budget management, deferred maintenance, monthly financial reporting processes and increasing the properties cash flow.
Courtney works hand in hand with property owners to ensure they are getting the most value out of their property and to develop long standing relationships with tenants.
After graduating from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree, she moved to Austin where she resided for three years and worked in the residential mortgage banking industry before relocating to Houston. Courtney was born and raised in Houston, and has been a resident of Katy, Texas since 2004 where she lives with her husband and son.

Annette Park-Baker has over twenty years of experience in accounting/finance. She currently serves as the controller for Vista Equities Group and Vista Management Company. Annette is responsible for all facets within the accounting department including financial reporting, accounts payables and receivables, budget management and cash flow analysis
Annette is responsible for the finances of Vista’s $150 million mixed-use property, LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch located in Katy, Texas. In addition to LaCenterra, Annette oversees the daily accounting operations of all of Vista’s retail shopping centers and office buildings. Annette works hand in hand with property owners to maintain the accounting for their investment assets.
As a resident of southern California, Annette attended California State Polytechnic University for four years where she earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting and business management. Annette relocated to Katy, Texas in 2004 where she resides with her husband and three children.

Matt Runkel is responsible for analyzing and procuring new investment opportunities while providing support in the ongoing portfolio management process. Additionally, Matt assists with investor relations and overall portfolio administration tasks. Prior to joining Vista Private Equity Group, Matt spent time in public accounting in Houston with PriceWaterhouse Coopers. Matt is a graduate of Texas A&M University where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Science degree in Finance.

Jeffrey Reed | Lease Administrator | Vista Equities Group
Jeffrey is responsible for managing the lease administration process for Vista-owned and third-party managed properties. He drafts, reviews, researches and analyzes leases, amendment, assignments and terminations, assists in the negotiation of the same, and provides operational management to ensure leasing activity complies with Vista’s internal procedures. Additionally, Jeffrey is responsible for the administration of investment activity relating to Vista’s development and acquisition of office and retail properties. Furthermore, he develops and manages lease, tax, investment and contract analyses.
Jeffrey is a graduate of the University of North Texas where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts, and earned real estate finance specializations. He holds an active real estate license, is a member or the Urban Land Institute and the U.S. Green Building Council. Prior to joining Vista, Jeffrey spend over five years working as a paralegal in commercial real estate law.
